Product Summaries - Alternators

We have been making alternators for WRC, sportscar, GT and touring car applications for over a decade and offer some of the toughest and lightest parts for motor sport applications. We offer parts providing between 40 and 200A. These parts exploit special stator windings to yield very high outputs, high capacity regulator and rectifier assemblies to deal with these currents, and customised brush and bearing assemblies to cope with high vibration and engine speeds.

We also make permanent magnet alternators for single seat and motorbike racing applications. These parts are used with highly efficient chassis-mounted regulator units and are suitable for electrical loads between about 15 and 60A.

All the parts are built and tested on site, so we can normally provide special parts if the standard ones shown do not quite suit your requirements.
