PCU-400 TFT Display Module

PCU-400 is a lightweight, driver display module designed for general motorsport applications. It is designed to connect to the TAG-400 (or a suitable third party) control unit via CAN and present the driver with information on a 6.5” TFT display with a 16:9 ratio. The display is suitable for use at night and in bright sunlight. The text and graphics layout of the TFT panel can be configured by the user via a PC. Multiple pages are selectable by the driver.

Display

· 6.5” colour TFT display, visible area 143mm x 79mm, 400 x 240 RGB pixels with each pixel colour stripe having 64 brightness levels.

· The TFT display is visible in both indoor applications (with a backlight) and outdoor applications (where sunlight illuminates the display). The driver can select pre-configured dimming levels.

· The TFT panel can display a variety of information to the user with text and graphics layout that can be configured via PC. External switches allow the driver to select different pages.

· 15 LEDs fitted along the top edge of the display act as shift lights (5 red, 5 green, 5 blue).

· Alarm indicator LEDs are fitted at the top-left and top-right corners of the display (both red).

· Virtual LEDs can be configured on the screen to provide further alarms.

· User-configurable text can be defined to provide further warning messages.

· 2 Push switches mounted on the housing for display control.
