The arbitration shall be conducted by one arbitrator in English and in accordance with the Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce. The place of the arbitration shall be London. The decision of the arbitrator shall be binding upon the parties.

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with the Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.


13.1 The McLaren name, logo and imagery are the property of McLaren Group Limited and must only be used in accordance with any guidelines provided. Any trademark, copyright or other such notice must not be removed from material made available for downloading on the Website.
